At Yellow Vehicles, we aim to provide a seamless and transparent booking experience for all our customers. We understand that plans may change, and therefore our cancellation and refund policy is designed to clearly outline the applicable timelines, charges, and refund procedures.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled ride:
➝ Full refund (No charges) - Cancellations made within 48 hours:
➝ 25% cancellation charges applicable - Cancellations made within 24 hours:
➝ 50% cancellation charges applicable - Cancellations made within 4 hours before dispatch or No-Show:
➝ 100% charges (No refund)
Refund Policy
- All eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
- Any applicable cancellation charges will be deducted before processing the refund.
Packages & Extra Charges
- Bookings are based on predefined time & distance packages.
- Extra usage will be charged as additional (post-limit) charges.
Service Restrictions
- All services are provided with professional chauffeurs only.
- Self-drive option is not available.
Jurisdiction
- All disputes are subject to Delhi, India jurisdiction.
Booking & Payment
- Minimum 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
- Remaining payment must be completed before ride start.
Vehicle & Availability
- In case of breakdown or unforeseen issues, we may provide an

Damage & Liability
- Any damage to the vehicle will be charged to the customer.
- Immediate reporting of any incident is required.
Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure proper pickup/drop accessibility
- Maintain discipline and respectful behavior
- Smoking & drinking strictly prohibited
Personal Belongings
- Customers are responsible for their belongings.
- We are not liable for lost or misplaced items.
Company Rights
Yellow Vehicles reserves the right to cancel any booking due to:
- Vehicle breakdown
- Safety concerns
- Unavoidable circumstances
In such cases, full refund will be issued
